A fire is not going to wait for a convenient time, and neither should your protection plan. With this in mind, Ace Protection Services proudly offers safe fire guard & fire safety services in New York, built for real protection. Be it your home, your business, a school, or a hospital, our services are made to serve anyone who needs them. We start with a brief consultation, draft a plan around your property, and then act on it. This is handled by a team of 100+ licensed guards and officers who are active or retired law enforcement officers as well as military officials.
As experts in this field for more than 15 years, why not trust us with your next New York fire safety plan?
Our fire watch duty covers far more than standing at a post. The guards will perform routine equipment checks, report and document everything, and coordinate in real-time with the FDNY. Most of these shifts are carried out by our unarmed security guards, trained specifically for hazard observation and fire prevention. Here’s a full breakdown of what falls under their responsibility:
During emergencies, our fire safety guards guide occupants through safe evacuation routes, manage crowd flow, and provide hands-on response support. For high-risk sites where the situation calls for a stronger presence, our armed guards can also be paired with fire watch coverage.
In our fire guard & fire safety services, we also keep alarm systems under close watch, making sure every alert gets received, verified, and acted on without delay. This minimizes response time during real emergencies.
If FDNY response is ever needed, your fire guard steps in as the on-site point of contact, relaying key details about the hazard, guiding responders to the exact location, and keeping communication fast and clear throughout.
Whether you need armed guards, event security, or ongoing protection, we’re here to create a security plan that fits your exact requirements.
